Contest Objectives:

  • • Promote safe and gradual weight loss through proper nutrition and exercise.
  • • Encourage the development of peer support through team competition.
  • • Have Fun!

It's easy to get started:

  • • Put together a team of 4-10 at work, school, church or friends
  • • Set a personal weight loss goal between 0 and 20 pounds.
  • • Exercise 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week, for 8 weeks.
